What data Trading Office uses

The office runs on your computer and stores your data there (accounts, trades, journal and settings). Trading Office does not share your information with us or with any third party: your trades, balances and prop firm credentials never leave your computer, and you enter those credentials only in NinjaTrader.

Third-party services you use

The agents work through your Claude (Anthropic) account and its terms. If you enable Telegram alerts or X news, that data goes through those services with your own credentials. Each third party has its own privacy policy.

What data we receive from you

When you buy or ask for support we receive your email and payment details (for example, the hash of a USDT transaction or a bank transfer receipt) to deliver the product and assist you. If you pay by card, an external provider processes the payment and we do not see your card details.

This site

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and, in the payment block, may load a library from a public CDN to draw the QR code. We do not use tracking cookies. If you connect MetaMask, the connection is between your browser and your wallet; we never receive your keys.

You can ask us to delete or correct the data we hold about you by writing to segura.gds@gmail.com.
