1. What Trading Office is

Trading Office is a study and organization software for futures traders: a local office with artificial intelligence agents, a risk manager and strategies for NinjaTrader 8. It runs on your computer. It is not an investment service, it does not manage third-party money and it does not give personalized recommendations.

2. License

By paying you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on your own computers, permanently. Updates are included for life, at no charge.

You may not resell, sublicense, publish or share the installer, the download password or the strategies, or use them to provide services to third parties, without our written permission.

3. What you need and third-party services

To use it you need NinjaTrader 8 (free account), a Claude Pro plan or higher for the agents, and a prop firm, broker or simulation account. NinjaTrader, Claude, your broker or prop firm are third-party products and services with their own prices, licenses and terms. They do not depend on us and we are not responsible for them.

4. Your responsibility

You decide whether to turn a bot on, on which account and with what risk, and you are solely responsible for what happens in your accounts. Each prop firm or broker has its own rules on automated systems and on copying trades between accounts; some prohibit them. Check your firm's rules before using it. We recommend always testing in simulation first.

5. No warranties, no advice

The software is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee results, profits or uninterrupted operation. Backtests and examples are illustrative and do not ensure future results. Nothing shown by the software, the agents or this site is financial advice. Please also read the Risk disclosure.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses of money, trades, data or opportunities arising from the use of the software or from failures of the internet, your computer, NinjaTrader, your broker or third-party services. Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid for the license.

7. Payment and delivery

The license is paid once, by card (when available), in USDT on the networks shown on the website, or by bank transfer in Argentina. Delivery is digital: we send you the download password once we confirm the payment. Cryptocurrency payments cannot be reversed: check the network and the address before sending.

Refunds: no refunds are given after purchase, unless applicable law says otherwise. That is why the license includes support and an installation guarantee, so the software ends up working.

8. Support, installation guarantee and updates

We provide support by email, Discord and Telegram. The license includes an installation guarantee (we help you until the software is installed and working) and lifetime updates.

9. Intellectual property

The software, its strategies, texts, images and videos belong to their author and are protected. You are licensed to use them; ownership is not transferred. NinjaTrader, Claude and other brands belong to their owners.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the current version is the one published on this site. They are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic.
